There is no separate privacy policy for those storefronts; this is the one that applies.

11A. Mobile Information and Text Messaging (SMS Program)

Texting is optional. We text you only if you choose to tick the optional SMS checkbox, which is always unchecked by default. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase, booking, or stay, and giving us a phone number for a booking or order does not sign you up.

What we collect. If you opt in, we keep your mobile phone number and a record of your consent (the checkbox you ticked, the page it was on, and the time).

How we use it. We use your mobile number only to send transactional and customer-care text messages about your own stay, order, or account — for example arrival directions, check-in confirmation, order-ready and pickup notices, your tab or receipt, and (for hosts and vendors) alerts about their own guests. We do not send marketing texts under this program.

Message frequency varies with your stay or order activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help, or call or text (801) 615-1410.

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Sharing with subcontractors that help us deliver the service itself (for example our messaging provider, Twilio) is permitted solely to deliver your messages. Every other category of data sharing described in this policy excludes text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; that information is never shared with any third party.
